Amtrak Trains Delayed 'Indefinitely' Along East Coast After Pedestrian Struck Near Baltimore

A person was struck by an Amtrak train Friday, June 10 in Baltimore County, the railroad said.

The crash occurred at Canberra Drive and Waterview Way in Essex around 4:15 p.m., according to initial reports.

Other lines were "delayed indefinitely," and passengers waiting in Delaware and Washington DC tweeted at Amtrak with questions and demands.
